Job summary

LHH is partnering with a growing Stark County manufacturing operation to recruit a Plant Manager who will own a high-volume production operation. You will lead people, drive process improvements, keep equipment running, and ensure production consistently delivers the right quality and volume.

The role emphasizes supervising and developing operators, coordinating materials and schedules, and maintaining focus on uptime and safety in a heavy industrial setting in Ohio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in concrete, ready-mix, precast, chemical, plastics, rubber, coatings or batch/process manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance and downtime reduction.
• 5+ years of heavy industrial experience.
• Experience using production data to identify problems and improve performance.
• Ability to lead, train and develop operators.
• Comfortable around mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Experience managing materials, production schedules and day-to-day priorities.
