Manufacturing Site Leader – High Impact Role | Ohio (On-Site)

Hunter Shore is currently retained with a global Food & Beverage organization to find a transformational Manufacturing Leader for their Ohio site — a high-capacity, unionized plant playing a key role in the company’s innovation and automation agenda.

This is an opportunity to drive cultural and operational transformation. You'll lead a seasoned team, champion employee engagement, and serve as the plant’s voice for transformational efforts.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead end-to-end plant operations, setting strategy and elevating performance.
• Drive TPM and CI initiatives — instilling a continuous improvement mindset across teams.
• Champion union relations, ensuring smooth negotiations and strong collaboration.
• Act as a change agent, balancing short-term results with long-term transformation.
• Build bench strength for future multi-site leadership opportunities.

What You Bring:

• 15+ years in manufacturing, including recent transformational leadership roles
• Experience in unionized, high-capacity environment.
• A proven ability to inspire teams and lead meaningful change
• Strong TPM/CI expertise with real-world examples of implementation success
