Our New Brunswick site is seeking a Plant Manager to provide hands‑on leadership, direction, focus and execution for all operational activities at the site. This includes a comprehensive range of activities including EHS, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Material Requirements Planning, Product Development, Warehouse Operations, Continuous Improvement, Cost Management, and People Management.
In addition, the position ensures that all processes and activities comply with Sun Chemical, Federal, State, local policies & regulations and Sun Chemical values for safety, quality, environmental and financial stewardship.
The New Brunswick operation is a small site that produces high-performance solid pigment preparations for the plastics, coatings & ink industries.
Salary Range: 135K - 165K annually
