Our Muskegon Site is seeking a Plant Manager to lead, own, and direct all production activities at the site while reporting to the Site Manager. The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, maintaining production equipment, delivering on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP/Budget), and ensuring safe, on-time production of quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Additionally, the role involves driving continuous improvement and managing plant operations to optimize performance.
Work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility required, as the plant operates 24/7/365 across a large facility.
