Job summary

Image Associates Inc. is seeking a Senior Plant Manager to lead a metals machining and assembly operation with about 100 people. The role requires strong experience in CNC and manual machining, metal products assembly, and factory equipment management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will drive safety-first culture, improve quality and on-time shipments, manage P&L, and lead production, supply chain, and maintenance teams to lift profitability and performance.

Qualifications
