Export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology, required under ITAR and EAR, is a condition of this position. The selected candidate must meet one of the following eligibility criteria: U.S. citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, Person Admitted as an Asylee or Refugee, a National of a country not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person approved for an export license by the governing agency. If export license approval is required, the offer will be conditional upon Materion’s determination to obtain the license in a time frame consistent with its business requirements.
