Job Description
Seeking a Plant Manager in an industrial setting near the Midlothian, TX area. Responsibilities include:

Additional responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed cost, efficiency, utilization, quality, and schedule objectives as outlined in the Annual Business Plan. Strong P&L/Business Partner skills are highly desirable.
- Function as a change agent to manage integration of new processes, training, systems, and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Environmental, Health and Safety lead to ensure safety and environmental compliance, safeguarding operations and employee welfare.
- Develop and improve the plant's technical, operational, and managerial resources. Build and train a world-class team, conduct manpower reviews, and perform performance evaluations.
- Prepare production and cost reduction plans, budgets, and project programs addressing infrastructure, equipment, capacity, and costs.
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive organizational culture to promote growth and retention.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of operational and cultural improvements leading to facility turnaround.
- 8-10 years of leadership experience in operations across disciplines such as production, project management, scheduling, purchasing, quality, compliance, maintenance, engineering, and logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial/manufacturing engineering, production technology, operations management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with advanced technologies, large equipment, and process improvements to enhance throughput and quality.
- Strong technical, engineering, and leadership skills, with experience in non-union environments and change management.
- Ability to build cohesive teams, demonstrate high integrity, deliver results, and foster accountability.
Work Environment
The role involves exposure to:
- Dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes
- Working at heights above 48 inches with safety equipment
- Dust and fumes requiring respiratory protection
- Extreme temperatures and slippery surfaces
- High noise levels requiring hearing protection
