nVent is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Medway, MA high-voltage bus operations, overseeing inside sales through field service. You will drive safety, quality, and cost performance while aligning cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and standards.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Operations Management, 5+ years of site leadership, and 10+ years of related manufacturing experience, with a focus on Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Plant Manager provides full-site leadership and oversight from inside sales through field service, ensuring high-voltage gas-insulated bus systems are designed, manufactured and installed safely, within budget, and in compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards. Overall responsibility includes Inside Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Production Control, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Lean, Quality Assurance, Field Service, and EH&S functions.

Benefits to support the lives of our employees. Pay Transparency. nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $115,500.00 - $214,500.00. Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
