Michael Page is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a large-scale 24/7 food manufacturing site in the Kenosha area. This high-visibility leadership opportunity requires turning around performance, driving safety, quality, and cost improvements, and building strong plant leadership.

You will mentor cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, HR, EHS, and Supply Chain, manage budgets and capital plans, and advance continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading plant turnarounds or major performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Continuous improvement experience.

• Food & beverage manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$185,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for a 20% annual bonus.
