Job summary

VALUE SMART PRODUCTS, INC. operates a manufacturing plant in Thomaston, GA and seeks a Plant Manager to oversee all operations, drive production scheduling, and lead a diverse team of team leads and staff.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across chemical, electrical, and mechanical systems, with strict adherence to laws and safety regulations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in chemical manufacturing and a chemical engineering background, with a preference for chemical engineering

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Proven team leadership experience; military leadership is a plus.
• Chemical engineering degree preferred; mechanical or manufacturing degree acceptable with strong chemical manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities
