Position Overview

The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, ensuring targets for Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost are met. Responsibilities include providing leadership to the plant team, managing systems, equipment, people, and materials according to policies, procedures, and customer requirements. Reports to the VP of Operations. Key focus areas include LEAN implementation, Continuous Improvement projects, budget and P&L management, and developing department managers capable of running their own plants. The site leader must embody and promote the Company’s Core Values and a High-Performance Work Culture.
