Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to the CWS facility, coordinating with the CWN Plant Manager to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet financial goals.
• Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring the safety of all personnel and visitors.
• Manage communications with customers, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
• Oversee overall facility operations, complying with company policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, engineering, or related field with manufacturing experience.
• At least five years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Minimum three years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of Lean principles; Black Belt certification preferred.
