Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• 5+ years as Production/Plant/Operations Manager in a food production plant.
• Experience in food dehydration preferred.
• Flexible to work with all shifts as needed.
• Strong leadership with mentoring ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• -8+ years’ experience in Food manufacturing Plant
• -5+ years experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager in a food production plant
• -Experience in food dehydration preferred
• -Flexible to work with all shifts as needed
• -Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
• -Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
