Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in food manufacturing plant.
• 5+ years experience as Production Manager, Plant Manager or Operations Manager in a food production plant.
• Experience in food dehydration preferred.
• Flexible to work with all shifts as needed.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
