Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a General/Plant Manager in Addison, AL to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring production, distribution, safety, quality, and profitability across assigned facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Operations Management and at least 4 years in production management, including P&L responsibility, with a track record of leading teams to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Operations Management or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in production management, with at least two in a manufacturing management position.
• Prior P&L and commercial responsibility is required.
