Job summary

Koch Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to keep equipment operating, perform daily preventive and predictive maintenance, and document work performed at the plant in Mississippi.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing equipment repair experience, ability to replace basic components, and solid mechanical diagnostics, including conveyor repairs and sprocket alignment. LOTO procedures and regulatory compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing equipment repair experience is required.
• Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment.
• Mechanical diagnostics and repair experience.
• Knowledge of wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs, and sprocket alignment and installation.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to ensure equipment is operational.
• Perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Record and document maintenance performed.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance shop.
• Follow proper lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Assist to ensure adherence to all company, state and federal regulations.
• All other relevant duties to the job.

Job description

1st Shift Maintenance Schedule is 4:30 am -1:30 pm.
2nd Shift Maintenance Schedule is 1:00 pm- 10:00 pm.
3rd Shift Maintenance Schedule is 9:00 pm -6:00 am.
