Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations in Fresno, CA. The role emphasizes mechanical maintenance, pump systems, agitators, conveyors, and rotating equipment alignment to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualified candidates will have a HS degree or GED, at least 5 years in general maintenance, strong technical skills, and knowledge of HAZWOPER, OSHA, RCRA and related regulations. Weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• HS degree or GED is required.
• At least 5 years experience working in general maintenance.
• Strong mathematical/analytical skills is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry.
• Demonstrated track record in process maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with personnel in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable process operations.
• Maintain facility equipment files, conduct preventative maintenance, and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Maintain all maintenance shop and parts storage areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Troubleshoot and mitigate plant process issues.
• Contain, clean up, package, and label Hazardous Waste in compliance with regulations.
