Job summary

Co is seeking an entry-level Plant Maintenance Tech to perform preventive maintenance on fixed plant equipment, including conveyors, screens, crushers, and vibrating feeders, under direct supervision. The role develops foundational mechanical skills and basic understanding of fixed plant systems while ensuring safe operations. Night and weekend work may be required, with emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding labor.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on fixed plant equipment such as conveyors, screens, crushers, and vibrating feeders.
• Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and basic welding under supervision.
• Assist with basic corrective maintenance on fixed plant equipment.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting (480V and below) with guidance.
• Document equipment conditions and maintain safe, clean work areas.
