Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician for its DFW Ready Mix Plants. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and repairing plant machinery, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting preventative maintenance schedules.

You will work on crushers, conveyors, pumps, and other equipment in a fast-paced industrial setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3–4 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• Maintains, inspects, repairs, and installs plant machinery per manuals.
• Ensures safety/regulatory compliance in all tasks.
• Performs preventive maintenance on crushers, conveyors, belts, pumps, and screens.
• Guides less experienced mechanics and assists with plant moves per plans.
• Maintains buildings and performs related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Move/install equipment per engineering plans and specifications.
• Disassemble and replace worn/broken parts such as bearings and motors.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies.
