Job summary

Job Summary

Supports facility and plant operations by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across building systems and manufacturing equipment. Contributes to operational continuity by applying working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Reduces unplanned downtime by completing preventive maintenance tasks and communicating equipment conditions to production and maintenance leadership. Maintains a safe and reliable facility environment by following established procedures and escalating issues requiring advanced intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems and production-support equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
  • Conducts preventive maintenance activities and communicates scheduled work to production teams to minimize operational disruption.
  • Removes and replaces defective parts using appropriate hand tools, power tools, hoists, lifts, or material-handling equipment.
  • Supports troubleshooting of equipment issues and escalates complex or non-routine problems to senior maintenance personnel.
  • Maintains accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
  • Inspects tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Supports inventory management by monitoring maintenance supplies, parts, and tools and reporting replenishment needs.
Education Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience

3 - 5 years of experience in plant, facility, or equipment maintenance, or a related technical role required.

Certifications and Licenses

Valid driver's license required.
