Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support and repair machinery in production areas and building systems. The role involves shift-based maintenance overseen by the Maintenance Manager, with hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and recordkeeping of work orders.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in a high-speed assembly environment with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC knowledge, plus familiarity with MRO and ERP/tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC skills.
• Proficient in using MRO and work order tracking systems.
• Ability to fabricate and design as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance on all machinery during shift.
• Troubleshoots plant maintenance issues as requested.
• Performs timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Keeps repair parts stocked and records PMs.
