Innophos is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate schedules for safe, efficient production operations. You will develop and manage maintenance plans, support procurement, and provide troubleshooting guidance across plant equipment.

The role collaborates with engineering and supervisors, leads safety meetings, trains staff, and ensures compliance with food safety and quality programs while maintaining asset information and facilitating audits.

Competenze

• Educational background: degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering preferred; trades experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance supervisory experience if no degree.
• Knowledge of PM, PDM, CMMS, RCM, TPM.
• Strong safety focus and leadership in coordinating and training staff.
• Strong verbal and technical communication skills.
• Collaborative team player able to work with hourly employees and outside contractors.

Mansioni

• Be the main point of contact for equipment issues and disruptions.
• Coordinate coverage for planned maintenance each week with the team.
• Lead troubleshooting of plant upsets and equipment breakdowns; reprioritize maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Host daily safety meetings and support safety initiatives; hire/train personnel; ensure food safety/quality compliance.
• Support project planning and PM generation efforts.
• Attend daily process update meetings.
• Maintain asset information for maintenance support; review before maintenance.
• Ensure tools and parts availability; coordinate with storeroom.
• Communicate with vendors, engineers, storeroom, and management on repairs status and prioritization.
• Assist in internal and external audits; champion safety procedures.
• Manage timekeeping and overtime using UKG.
