Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Manage KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and post-PM performance.
• Ensure safe and appropriate maintenance activities.
• Monitor repair progress and update job progress.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts plant-wide.
• Interact effectively with other departments.
• Comply with industry safety regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews of direct reports.
