Job summary

County Materials in Roberts, Wisconsin, is seeking a Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians and oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant equipment. The role ensures equipment operates safely with minimal downtime and supports production with preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

The supervisor will coordinate with production and uphold safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Boiler system experience.
• Electrical license or certification.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and review performance of plant maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and is properly documented.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues during production.
• Schedule and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs to maintain production continuity.
• Perform welding and mechanical repairs; service conveyors, cranes, and mixers.
