Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 15 technicians and coordinate all maintenance activities on our plant floor in Kansas. You will drive preventative maintenance programs, supervise repairs, and ensure compliance with SQF and GMP policies to maintain a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC systems, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and train a staff of maintenance technicians
• Experience diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC problems
• Promote a ‘Safety First’ culture and ensure GMP/SQF policies are followed
• Develop and maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for equipment and plant
