Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a capable maintenance supervisor for the 2nd shift in the United States. The role leads a team of 15 maintenance technicians, directing maintenance policies and procedures while minimizing downtime and ensuring SQF and GMP compliance.

The position requires an associates degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in maintenance leadership. PLC, SAP, and MS Office skills are desirable, and relocation may be required for a 2nd shift role.

Qualifications

• Lead, direct, evaluate and train a staff of 15 maintenance technicians.
• Reduce machine downtime through proactive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of SQF Quality Management and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of plant maintenance.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment.
