Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; engineering/maintenance degree a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure proper maintenance practices.
• Assign tasks and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and criticality.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
• Monitor inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation; participate in root-cause analysis.
