See’s Candies, Inc. is seeking a Plant Director in South San Francisco to provide strategic and hands-on leadership for three regional manufacturing facilities, overseeing Production, Packaging and Maintenance.

You will drive safety, quality, service and cost targets while developing leaders and promoting a culture of ownership. The role requires deep experience in food manufacturing, change leadership, and continuous improvement, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive leadership roles in food manufacturing.
• Multi-plant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong TPM/Lean/Six Sigma expertise with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production, Packaging, and Maintenance across three facilities.
• Drive safety, quality, service and cost targets.
