Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a large-scale food manufacturing facility in Grand Forks, ND to hire a Maintenance Manager. You will lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering across a high-volume production environment, drive preventive and predictive programs, and manage capital projects to improve asset performance.

Competenze

7+ years of maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading maintenance teams, reliability programs, and capital projects.
Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
Experience with PLCs, electrical and mechanical equipment, utilities, and boilers.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

Mansioni

Lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering functions for a high-volume facility.
Drive preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance to improve asset life.
Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, breakdown analysis, and CI initiatives.
Oversee capital projects from planning through commissioning, including budgets.
Lead root-cause analysis to reduce downtime and boost production efficiency.
Develop maintenance team capabilities through coaching and training.
Manage MRO inventory, budgets, and capital spending.
Collaborate with plant leadership on safety, quality and cost objectives.
Ensure GMP, food safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
