Job summary

Winland Foods in Grand Forks, ND, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and support Production, Quality, and Safety. You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, use CMMS for work orders, and manage inventory and budgets.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments in a 24/7 environment. The position offers a rotating A/B schedule (3 days one week, 4 the next), 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am, and a strong benefits package including

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment; PLC exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and 24/7 operations.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, schedule maintenance, and control parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and safety to ensure compliance.
• Develop and monitor annual maintenance and capital budgets.
