Job summary
Tindall Corporation in Moss Point, MS is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II/1st/2nd to maintain and repair plant machinery. You will diagnose equipment problems, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ideal candidates have a broad experience with varied equipment such as cranes, loaders, forklifts, and production machinery, and are committed to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience with a broad range of plant and mobile equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
- Willingness to follow safety and quality rules.
Responsibilities
- Examine machines to diagnose problems.
- Dismantle and reassemble equipment for repairs.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Diagnose and repair drivetrain, starting, charging, lighting systems.
- Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
