Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience (approximately 3 years or equivalent general mechanical and electrical experience)
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
• Good attendance history and a solid work ethic
• High commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Provide mechanical and electrical breakdown services and repair all plant equipment.
• Production Support: Work closely with production associates and supervision to maximize plant operational efficiency.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Perform daily safety checks for unsafe conditions and carry out daily housekeeping activities.
• Manufacturing Processes: Promote lean manufacturing principles across all maintenance tasks.
• Cross-Department Fill-in: Serve as a breakdown technician across any department as required.
