Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in maintenance management/supervision in food processing or similar industrial environment.
• Experience in beef slaughter or meat-processing facility strongly preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance department to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, refrigeration, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Plan and manage capital projects from planning to completion within budget.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintain equipment records and inventory control.
