Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs and maintenance corrections to malfunctions.
• Manage daily work orders and the preventative maintenance program.
• Lead and develop maintenance team, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• On-call during all production hours.
• Oversee cost reduction measures and efficiency improvements.
• Plan and manage repair/installation activities across the plant.
• Maintain production summaries and required documentation.
