Job summary

The Maintenance Manager will plan and implement preventative maintenance, oversee repairs, and manage building construction and modification tasks to keep plant operations efficient and reliable.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role requires extensive manufacturing maintenance experience, CMMS/ERP proficiency, and leadership to drive safety, cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• BS/BA preferred.
• CMMS or similar experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing a maintenance budget.
• ERP experience.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the maintenance department to minimize downtime.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for all machines.
• Supervise installation and inspection of new machines.
• Coordinate priority maintenance with production requirements.
• Enforce all safety procedures and policies.
• Establish vendor contacts, take bids, and supervise work quality.
• Budget and control department costs.
• Perform special projects as required.
