Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Plant Maintenance Engineer opening for our client in Belle Mead, NJ.

Location: Belle Mead, NJ
Duration: 6 months

Duties:

• Implement standard Plant Maintenance (PM) processes with specific reporting developed in Turbo.

• Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure continuous equipment reliability.

• Conduct reactive maintenance to promptly address equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.

• Support instrument calibration efforts, in collaboration with Quality Management (QM).

• Manage environmental control systems to comply with regulatory and operational standards.

• Oversee procurement of service and spare parts, including MRP planning and stock management.

• Utilize Fiori transactions to manage measurement points, counters, and PM orders.

Skills:

• Proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, including Fiori interface.

• Strong understanding of preventive and reactive maintenance strategies.

• Familiarity with Turbo reporting for maintenance activities.

• Ability to coordinate procurement and inventory related to maintenance.

• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Previous experience in plant or facilities maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Hands-on experience with SAP PM and maintenance tracking tools.

• Experience with instrumentation and calibration procedures is a plus.

Education:

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field .

• Equivalent work experience will be considered.
