Job summary

Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support our Henderson, Texas manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining plant reliability through electrical, PLC, and automation system maintenance.

The Maintenance Electrician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and PLC-controlled systems while supporting safe operations, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five years of electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of PLCs strongly desired.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC-controlled, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to learn full plant operations in a reasonable timeframe and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems plant-wide
• Maintain and update electrical prints and ensure secure copies of PLC programs are stored in both the electrical shop and main office
• Manage inventory and maintain adequate supply of electrical parts
• Perform mechanical repairs and fabrication as needed
• Design and create electrical control systems when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times
• Take on additional assignments as needed to support plant operations
