Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Six months of work experience involving analysis of managerial policies, systems, methods, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation for Joint Commission requirements for Environment of Care, Life Safety, and Emergency Management.
• Manage CMMS tickets, assets, and projects; develop dashboards and reports to track productivity.
• Prepare operational reports, meeting materials, invoices, budgets, and financial documentation; resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze and present operational, financial, and performance data to support management decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and administrative functions for Plant Maintenance and related departments.
• Lead or assist small- to medium-scale projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
