Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing setting with mechanical or electrical discipline.
  • Ability to pass a weld test during onsite interview.
  • Experience operating a skid steer and forklift; in-house certification may be required.
  • Interest in obtaining boilers and/or wastewater licenses; preferred.
  • Read and understand manuals, schematics, and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment.
  • Repair grinders, pumps, motors, gear boxes, and related machinery.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and minimize downtime.
  • Assist with electrical/plumbing projects and general handyman tasks as needed.
  • Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment; document materials used.
