Job description

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
  2. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal operation.
  3. Collaborate with team members to improve plant efficiency.
  4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

What Are We Looking For

  1. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  3. Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions.

Conditions of Employment

  1. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  2. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
