Job summary

ADP is seeking a Facilities & Machine Maintenance Technician in North Attleboro, MA. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support uptime, quality, and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting diverse equipment (mechanical, electrical, PLC, VFD), performing installations, and maintaining documentation. Collaboration with production, engineering, and EHS is required to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding presses, grinders, saws, motors, and forming equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and VFD controlled equipment.
• Verify replacements meet specifications before returning equipment to service.
• Maintain facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and safety systems.
• Maintain accurate work orders, records, and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production, facilities, engineering, QA, EHS to minimize downtime.
