Job summary

Ecovyst is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for Ecoservices in Portland, OR. The role supports daily plant operations across administrative, logistics, procurement, and billing functions to ensure accurate records and timely shipments.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and supporting HR, Health, Safety, and IT coordination in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience with SAP, ADP, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, monitor, bill, and review daily trucking activities using SAP.
• Coordinate loading/unloading schedules based on orders and production needs.
• Review daily delivery schedules with plant management and operations teams.
• Resolve inquiries from customers, carriers, and vendors regarding shipping and receiving.
• Maintain records for deliveries, inventories, maintenance, and supply chain operations.
• Support procurement, including purchase requisitions and orders.
• Process product billing and ensure invoice reconciliation.
• Audit shipping, receiving, and billing documentation for accuracy.
