Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse or inventory management is preferred.
• Proficient in shipping software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bi-lingual is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment according to procedures.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, invoices and labels.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and report needs.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to resolve order-related issues.
• Assist with field maintenance and rose petal preservation tasks.
• Support customer service with shipping inquiries and issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement of shipping processes.
