Barriere Construction is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to join our Baton Rouge team. The role requires operating a Front End Loader, ManLift, and Fork Lift while handling materials and loading trucksas part of our asphalt production operations.

Based in Baton Rouge, the position demands staying outdoors in varying weather conditions, maintaining safety protocols, and contributing to efficient plant performance. Experience in road construction or outdoors is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating Front End Loader, ManLift and Fork Lift.
• 1 year minimum experience in road or construction field working outdoors.
• Being in good physical condition.
