Job summary

Dana Incorporated, a global leader in driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, seeks a Plant Manager for the Napoleon Driveline manufacturing facility. You will lead safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability, driving DOS-based continuous improvement and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required or equal experience.
• 12+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven success leading TPS/Lean/DOS or similar systems.
• Full plant accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost and people development.
• Strong financial acumen including budget, capital, and P&L responsibility.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is required.
• Demonstrated program management and product launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability objectives.
• Maintain full plant P&L responsibility including budgeting and capital expenditures.
• Lead Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, EHS, and Finance.
• Drive DOS, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Foster a high-performance culture with employee engagement and development.
• Oversee labor relations and maintain positive relationships with union leadership.
• Ensure successful new product launches and program transitions.
• Lead capital planning to support growth and efficiency improvements.
