SealMaster, a global leader in the pavement maintenance industry, is seeking a Plant Laborer for its Western PA manufacturing and distribution center.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Manufacture and sale of asphalt sealer.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

• Exhibit proficiency in the manufacture of asphalt sealer and the specifics of the SealMaster product line;
• Greets and assists customers by providing information on products;
• Stocking inventory;
• General clean-up of manufacturing facility, shop and yard area;
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
  
  

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Educational and experience requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift and carry 50 to 100 lbs. occasionally and /or 25 to 50 lbs. frequently and/or 10 to 20 lbs. constantly to move objects. Requires manual dexterity and ability to bend, twist, turn, stretch, squat, kneel, sit and stand for extended periods. Must have reasonable communication skills and be able to read signs, signals and follow written and verbal instructions. Must have the basic reading and math skills necessary to operate complex and highly technical tools, equipment, and instruments. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
