You will collaborate across vehicle engineering, quality, supplier quality, and operations to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

The role requires 6–8 years in automotive or complex hardware environments, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• 6-8 years in automotive OEMs, robotics, aviation, or complex hardware with manufacturing/product engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage, containment, and resolution planning of issues during assembly and end-of-line testing.
• Define and execute short-term containment actions, rework plans, and part quarantine.
• Conduct root cause analysis across design, process, supplier, and manufacturing domains and drive improvements.
• Support prototype builds, production trials, and engineering changes to validate fixes.
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor issue health and closure rates.
