Plant Inventory Control Associate
Accurately maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while ensuring proper inventory rotation and storage.
Essential Functions
- Navigate an advanced ERP system to execute all daily aspects of inbound and outbound inventory operations.
- Create purchase orders (pallets, airgas, etc.).
- Process recycle and destruction loads.
- Maintain finished goods, raw materials, and sub‑assembly components per established guidelines.
- Process non‑conforming material in Agile.
- Coordinate with all parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA’s.
- Verify true‑time inventory transaction records in the ERP system.
- Complete Oracle transaction activities from receiving into inventory, WIP, or non‑conforming inventories.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of all inventories through daily audits and a comprehensive cycle‑count program.
- Compile SKU, quantity, and sub‑inventory records, validating Oracle inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors.
- Prepare inventory balance reports, shortages, and discrepancy findings.
- Organize warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year‑end physical inventories.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory reports by sub‑organizations, RMA’s, HFI’s, and WIP.
- Identify expired inventory disposition (SLOB).
- Maintain product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO).
- Interact and maintain positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
- Accomplish special projects and assignments as required by management.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations, GMPs, and Niagara policies.
- Establish and maintain high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
- Ensure regular and predictable attendance.

- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
- 2 years in the position or related role.

Education
- Minimum Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.

Compensation
Hourly: $23.52 – $31.16.
