O-I in Lapel, Indiana is seeking a Plant HR Generalist to support staffing, payroll, performance management, employee development, training and succession planning.
This hands-on role partners with the Plant HR Manager to implement HR processes, supervise payroll, benefits and initiatives, and to advocate for employees.
Candidates should have a bachelor degree, payroll experience and strong Excel skills; knowledge of Ceridian DayForce and SAP is a plus.

The Plant HR Generalist will assist in the execution of staffing, payroll, performance management, employee development, training and succession planning. This hands‑on position is responsible for driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000 and includes a possible 12% short‑term incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
