Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with Indiana state laws and unionized environments preferred.

• Act as trusted advisor to plant leadership on people and process matters.
• Manage recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Administer benefits open enrollment and HR data integrity.
• Develop HR guidelines, ensure legal compliance and training development.
